    Membership:

    Any neighborhood resident may become a member. Dues are $6 per year. Join AHCA. Any resident, whether or not a member, may receive e-mail notices of AHCA meetings, events, and issues affecting the neighborhood.

    We send out our informational neighborhood newsletter each month so that you can learn more about what's happening in our community and in Arlington. Past issues of newsletters and meeting minutes are available.

    Crystal City Vision Plan 2050

    August 17, 2009. ARCA and AHCA convened a Joint Working Group to study the draft Crystal City Vision Plan. The group focused its review on Vision Plan Goal 6: Preserve the integrity of the single-family neighborhood to the west. The results of the study were sent to the County together with a cover leter.

    Park Enhancement Grants

    The Aurora Highlands Civic Association is applying to Arlington County for three different Park Enhancement Grants.  We will be applying for grant money to install drinking fountains in Eads and Nellie Custis Parks, a shade canopy over the playground area in Nellie Custis Park, and installation of a gated fence around the playground equipment in Eads Park.

    Pentagon City Conceptual Plan
